Account and technical support
When contacting support, include your Albumly account email and a clear description of what happened. Do not send your password, verification code, full payment-card number, API keys, or other secrets.
Billing support
For subscription questions, include your Albumly account email and the approximate date of the transaction. Payments are processed by Paddle, and some payment-related records or customer-portal actions may also be handled by Paddle.
