Terms of Service

Albumly provides tools for adults to privately preserve written memories, photos, videos, voice recordings, life events, albums, and selected family-shared content. Features, storage limits, and family-member limits depend on your plan.

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Notify Albumly promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You retain ownership of the memories and media you upload. You grant Albumly a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transcode where needed, display, back up, and transmit your content solely to operate, secure, and provide the service according to your instructions.

You may not use Albumly to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, abuse infrastructure, upload unlawful exploitation material, impersonate others, or interfere with other users or the service.

Albumly offers three paid plans: 10 GB at ₹79 per month, 10 GB at ₹699 per year, and 50 GB at ₹1,699 per year. A paid subscription is required to use album and memory features. Storage is the total capacity of your account and does not accumulate each cycle. Razorpay processes recurring payments at the selected price and frequency until canceled. Existing paid subscriptions retain their authorised terms unless you choose a different plan.

Changes within the same billing frequency are scheduled for the next renewal where supported by Razorpay and your payment method. To switch between monthly and yearly billing, cancel renewal and choose the new plan after the current paid period ends. A smaller storage limit can restrict new uploads until usage is within the limit. Changing plans does not automatically delete saved memories.

Canceling stops future renewal. Your current paid access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period, subject to applicable law and provider rules. After it ends, album, upload and sharing access is paused until a paid plan is active. Your saved data is preserved; account settings, data export and account deletion remain available.

We aim to provide a reliable preservation service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Albumly may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, technical, or business reasons.

Albumly uses operational safeguards and backups, but no storage system can provide an absolute guarantee against every form of loss. You should keep independent copies of irreplaceable originals.

The 10 GB plans include up to 5 invited family members; the 50 GB plan includes up to 20. Invited members need an active paid account to access a family archive. Public unlisted album links can be viewed without creating an account while the owner has an active paid plan. Invited members do not receive editing or upload access to the owner’s archive.

You may delete your account from Settings. If an active Razorpay subscription is linked to the account, Albumly attempts to stop future recurring billing before deletion completes. Albumly may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations, security threats, fraud, nonpayment, or legal requirements.

Albumly is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every feature will always be error-free or that every uploaded item can be recovered under all circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Albumly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or opportunities, arising from use of the service. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

These Terms are subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer protections. Before formal proceedings, please contact support@albumly.in so we can try to resolve the issue.
