Delete from Settings
Sign in to Albumly, open Settings, and use the Delete Account section. You will be asked to confirm the action and, for password-enabled accounts, verify your current password.
What deletion removes
Account deletion removes your Albumly account record, profile, memories, media references, timeline items, family invitations and access relationships, settings, and other user-linked application records. Albumly also attempts to delete the associated private media objects from configured storage.
Paid subscriptions
If an active Paddle subscription is linked to the account, Albumly attempts to stop future billing before completing account deletion. If billing cancellation cannot be confirmed, deletion may be paused so you are not left with an unmanaged recurring subscription.
What may remain temporarily
Limited information may remain for a legally required period in payment-provider records, security/fraud logs, protected backups, or records necessary to establish or defend legal claims. Backup copies rotate out according to backup-retention schedules and are not intended for ordinary account restoration after deletion.
