Account & Data Deletion

Sign in to Albumly, open Settings, and use Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm the action and, for password-enabled accounts, verify your current password.

Account deletion removes your Albumly account record, profile, memories, media references, timeline items, family invitations and access relationships, settings, and other user-linked application records. Albumly also attempts to delete associated private media objects from configured storage.

If an active Razorpay subscription is linked to the account, Albumly attempts to cancel recurring billing before completing account deletion. If cancellation cannot be confirmed, deletion may be stopped so the account is not removed while an unmanaged recurring charge remains active.

Limited information may remain for a legally required period in payment-provider records, security/fraud logs, protected backups, or records necessary to establish or defend legal claims. Backup copies rotate out according to backup-retention schedules.
