Annual subscriptions
Legacy and Family plans are billed annually. Unless you cancel renewal before the next billing date, the subscription renews for another annual period.
Canceling renewal
You can cancel future renewal through Albumly billing controls or available Paddle customer tools. Canceling renewal does not ordinarily remove the paid access you already purchased; your paid plan remains available until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable. Albumly does not offer discretionary refunds for unused time, change of mind, failure to use the service, or cancellation after a charge has completed.
However, nothing in this policy limits refunds, cancellation rights, cooling-off rights, charge reversals, or remedies that are required by applicable law or mandatory Paddle merchant-of-record policies. If such a right applies, it will be honored.
Upgrades and downgrades
When you upgrade between paid plans, Paddle may calculate a prorated amount for the remaining billing period. Downgrades may take effect immediately or on the next billing cycle depending on the billing flow shown at the time of change. Albumly may block a downgrade when your current storage or family usage exceeds the lower plan’s limits.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, your subscription may become past due, restricted, or eventually return to the Free plan according to Paddle billing status and Albumly entitlement rules.
