ABOUT ALBUMLY

We are building a place for the parts of a life that photos alone cannot keep.

Albumly helps people preserve the stories, voices, photos, videos and life lessons that give family memories their meaning—inside a private archive they control.

WHY ALBUMLY EXISTS

A photograph can preserve a face. It cannot preserve everything that person remembers.

Families collect thousands of photos and videos, but the context around them is often scattered—or never recorded at all. Who was there? What happened before the picture? Why did that day matter? What advice, traditions or small details should the next generation know?

Albumly was created to give those memories a dedicated home. A place where a photo can live beside its story, a voice can remain part of the memory, and family access can be intentional instead of public.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

A digital legacy should feel personal, simple and yours.

01

Preserve meaning, not just files.

Photos and videos matter more when the people, places, voices and stories behind them are preserved too.

02

Private should be the starting point.

Your memories are not a social feed. Albumly is designed around intentional sharing with the people you choose.

03

Starting should feel easy.

You should not need to write an autobiography. One photo, one question, one voice recording or one memory is enough to begin.

04

Families should inherit context.

A meaningful archive keeps more than media—it keeps the details that help future family members understand why those moments mattered.

A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER

“I want Albumly to help families keep more than a folder of files.”

My name is Dhanjit Nath, and I am the founder of Albumly. I created Albumly with a simple goal: to help people preserve a digital legacy that feels personal, private and meaningful.

We already have tools that can store enormous numbers of photos and videos. But storage alone does not preserve the full memory. The story behind a photo, the sound of someone's voice, the lesson connected to a moment, and the people who should one day be able to see it are just as important.

That is the idea behind Albumly: give ordinary people a simple place to build their story over time—one memory at a time—and decide exactly how that story is shared with family.
